I wrote the conversational architecture and scripts for the Nike Coach experience. Working with strategy, creative directors, producers, QA testers, UX researchers and developers I created an informative and exciting script that would help beginner runners find the right running shoes and set up a daily run routine. The script had to be written three ways: for the web-app chatbot on the Nike website, for Google assistant on mobile, and for the voice experience on their Google Home device.
